Duties/Responsibilities

• Operate turbines and auxiliary equipment according to established procedures.
• Start, synchronize, load, unload, and safely shut down turbine systems.
• Monitor operating parameters including pressure, temperature, vibration, speed, and load, and take corrective action when required.
• Inspect turbines, generators, lubrication systems, cooling systems, condensers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Report abnormalities in operations, equipment, or processes.
• Respond to alarms, trips, and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with the control room, boiler operators, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with equipment isolation, lockout/tagout, and commissioning activities.
• Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance testing.
• Maintain good housekeeping in turbine and auxiliary areas.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to monitor equipment performance and respond quickly to operational changes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe operations.
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the field.
