Job Description

Provide Cyber Security technical sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products, solutions, and services to potential and existing customers. The main function of this role is to combine superior technical knowledge and sales skills to provide expert consultation to potential and existing clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Advising the sales unit on the positioning of Cyber Security solutions and the identification of relevant key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Content development of customer-specific cyber security roadmaps or business planning together with sales and client management.
  • Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with customers as a Trusted Advisor for Cyber Security.
  • Identifying and analysing customer challenges and specific technical and business requirements; proposing customer-specific solutions, starting with the selection of technologies and products, through solution scoping, to the business case, including a TCO and ROI analysis, to create the highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Translating requirements and proposed solutions into concrete service packages; representing the client and his requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Responding to calls for tender and preparing client-specific offers and value propositions on Cyber Security requests.
  • Initiating and coordinating with marketing on campaigns, programs, events, and promotions for Cyber Security.
  • Conducting Cyber Security vulnerability assessments to identify customer security gaps and convert these into business cases.
  • Building a Cyber Security sales pipeline.
  • Carrying out Cyber Security presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to potential clients.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports on activities and efforts made to the Business Unit head.
  • Meeting the set KPI for the role.
