About the Job

Maendeleo Bank Plc is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Corporate Affairs and Marketing Officer. The role is suitable for professionals with a strong background in marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, A related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an added advantage. Relevant certifications may include: CIM, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media Relations
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
• Experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in marketing, design, digital communication, and productivity tools, including: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Social media analytics tools, Google Workspace

This position offers a competitive salary and package commensurate with the qualifications and experience of successful candidates.
