Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician Graduate with a VETA qualification. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest and passion for electrical work and be willing to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Call Centre Operator handling customer inquiries
• Log customer faults using the company website
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing portable appliances
• Register new customer appliances
• Conduct PAT testing and multimeter analysis
• Collaborate with experienced technicians for repairs
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as:
  • Managing emails
  • Printing and scanning documents
  • Using computer systems efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• VETA certification in Electrical studies
• Basic understanding of English
• Computer literacy (email, document handling, data entry)
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when needed
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field

Working Hours

• 12-hour shift system:
  • Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 8:30 AM
• 5 working days per week
• Lunch provided

Salary & Benefits

• Annual leave: 4 calendar weeks
  • Maximum of 2 weeks taken at a time
  • Leave benefits applicable after 3 months probation
