The Key Purpose of this role is to coordinate the start-up of the ZEC, including project management, equipment procurement, establishing the management system and the management of the Reverse Engineering back log delivering significant savings in Maintenance UPP/ZBB budgets and Change Part budgets for the Zone.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the startup of the ZEC, including the project management of the construction of facilities and procurement of the appropriate machines and soft and hardware – 3D Scanning, CAD/CAM design capability
  • Build the team’s strategy, project and product portfolio roadmap with stakeholders and partners (Breweries/ZBS/ Zitec , SAZ/APAC Zones & Suppliers).
  • Facilitate feasibility analysis with stakeholders
  • Support the team by reviewing project budgets
  • Refine the product or project backlog
  • Monitor project development and product delivery
  • Monitor the financial aspect and costing
  • Facilitate the team’s communication with other areas
  • Ensure the efficiency of work and project delivery, seeking information when necessary
  • Plan, organize, coordinate and manage resources and KPIs
  • Give input into the ZEC strategy for the short, medium and long term

Key Attributes and Competencies:

  • Works quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Communicates effectively to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Manages multiple projects on multiple sites by ensuring clear delegation of duties and effective communication of processes and decision making
  • Process orientated and assertive to ensure that practices and processes are executed in accordance with well proven and established practices and safety requirements
  • Bias for action based on logical problem solving and experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Experience in Brewing/Packaging Industry
  • Proven experience in solving technical related problems with pragmatic solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Experience in reverse engineering and fabrication shop management
  • Practical experience in 3D Scanning, CAD/CAM design, Machining (Lathes, CNC machining), and 3D printing
