HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a customer-oriented and proactive Service Advisor responsible for coordinating vehicle service activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle service and repair requirements.
  • Create service orders and ensure all customer concerns are clearly documented.
  • Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and service costs to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Prepare and review quotations, estimates, and invoices.
  • Ensure all completed work meets quality standards before vehicle handover.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote service packages, maintenance programs, parts, and other aftersales products.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records within the company systems.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the achievement of departmental sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications or requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Aftersales, or Automotive Service role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and service management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
