About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in, online, and telephone customer enquiries and converting them into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on solution-based selling.
• Handle walk-in, online, and telephone customer enquiries.
• Prepare and process proforma invoices.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and payments.
• Promote products and services through effective customer engagement.
• Assist customers in product selection using strong product knowledge.
• Follow up on leads received through various channels.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on order processing and material readiness.
• Inform customers when orders are ready for collection.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Recruit, engage, and manage installers within the assigned region.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, stock-taking exercises, and other sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with Service Centre Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain showroom and counter housekeeping standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Good negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
