JOB DETAILS:
Pest Control Supervisor
Department: Pest Control
Reports To: Assistant Pest Control Manager
Job Purpose
Supervise daily pest control activities and ensure all inspections and treatments are carried out safely, effectively, and according to hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Pest Control Technicians.
- Schedule daily inspections and treatment programs.
- Inspect guest rooms, kitchens, restaurants, laundry, storage areas, and public spaces.
- Monitor pest activity and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure proper storage and use of pest control chemicals.
- Maintain treatment schedules and service records.
- Respond promptly to pest-related complaints.
- Report maintenance or sanitation issues contributing to pest infestations.
- Ensure staff comply with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Environmental Health, Pest Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in pest control.
