OPERATIONS MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Hotel La Palma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or operational leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in boutique hotel operations is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
