We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our petroleum storage, transportation, and distribution operations in Zanzibar.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities across depots and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory management and operational performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and business efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60
