Responsibilities

This role focuses on promoting the healthcare facility's services, building its brand, and attracting new patients. Marketing officers plan and execute campaigns across various channels.

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote the organization's services and achieve growth targets.

Content Creation & Branding:

Creating compelling content for various platforms (social media, website, newsletters, brochures) and ensuring all communications are consistent with the brand's identity.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Managing social media profiles, planning content calendars, posting updates, and monitoring engagement.

Event Management:

Organizing and attending local marketing events such as health fairs, educational seminars, and open days to raise awareness and generate leads.

Market Research:

Conducting research to understand the local market, demographics, competitor activity, and patient needs.

Performance Tracking:

Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with internal teams and managing relationships with external partners or agencies to support marketing objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

2. For marketing position: Must have a driving Licence

3. More than one year experience
