JOB DETAILS:
Background
Our client, a leading logistics and transport company, is seeking an experienced Legal Manager to lead its legal and compliance function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
- Admission to the Bar with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial legal role, preferably within the logistics, transport, shipping, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial, Corporate, Contract, Employment & Labour, and Transport Laws.
- Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
