We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in API Support, Linux OS, and entry-level development skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Educational background
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical skills
- Programming languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Node.js, PHP, and JavaScript.
- API support: Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Database management: Knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) databases.
- Operating system: Knowledge and experience working with Linux operating systems.
Work experience
- Experience: Over 1 year of professional experience in software development or software support.
- Project management: Ability to support multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to collaborative projects.
Soft skills
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
