Head of HRBP

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field.
  • Master’s degree, MBA or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience across HR Business Partnering, organizational development, employee relations and talent management.
  • At least 5 years in senior HR leadership.

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the HRBP function to align people strategies with business goals and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and coach HRBP teams while strengthening stakeholder and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives aligned with future business and capability needs.
  • Recommend efficient organizational structures that support productivity, cost optimization and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, leadership development and talent review initiatives.
  • Guide leaders and HRBPs on conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee issues.
  • Lead HRBP support for organizational transformation, restructuring, and culture change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, governance standards and data confidentiality.

  • Strong strategic leadership, business acumen and decision-making capability.
  • Stakeholder management, collaboration, workforce planning and change management.
  • Skilled in people management, coaching, employee relations, conflict resolution and leadership development.
