Head of Compensation and Benefits
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS and Financial modelling.
- 8–10 years of experience across HR operations and HR systems management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the C&B aspects of a large organization.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive Total Rewards philosophy and strategy that supports rapid growth and diversification.
- Lead the annual compensation review cycle (salary, bonus, equity), ensuring consistency and fairness across operating companies.
- Conduct deep market analysis to benchmark roles against relevant sectors (Telecom, Tech, FinTech) to ensure competitive positioning.
- Partner with the Group C & B and subsidiary to model the financial impact of rewards decisions and present recommendations.
- Oversee cross companies’ benefits portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and relevance across diverse workforce.
- Establish and enforce C&B policies, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards which ensures data Integrity across all companies.
- Manage relationships with global compensation survey providers (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson) and benefits brokers on different employees schemes.
- Manage and lead annual budget plans.

- In depth understanding of HR Operations.
