Guest Relations Agent

Department: Guest Relations

Reports To: Guest Relations Supervisor

Job Purpose

Provide personalized guest services by welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide orientation to hotel facilities.
• Assist VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasion guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate room amenities, celebrations, and special arrangements.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction during their stay.
• Maintain accurate guest preference and profile records.
• Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, spa, and recreational activities.
• Assist guests with transportation, local attractions, and travel information.
• Prepare daily guest activity and feedback reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service in a hotel.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
