Job Summary Statement

Driver Front End Loader will be responsible for safely operating front-end loader equipment to transport materials such as bagasse and other factory resources within the factory premises. The operator will also assist in stockpiling and loading of raw materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the sugar production process.

Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Safely operate a front-end loader to move materials (bagasse) from stockpiles to processing areas or loading docks.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as needed, ensuring proper placement and minimizing product loss or spillage.
• Ensure that the loader equipment is in good working condition, performing daily checks and reporting any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure the timely delivery and movement of materials to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in stockpiling materials and performing general yard maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved, machine usage, and any maintenance performed.
• Monitor the operation for potential safety hazards and report any unsafe conditions.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the loader and other equipment.
• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by his/her Superior.

Academic Qualifications

Holder of a valid front-end loader certification or driving certificate from a recognized institutions. At least 2 years working experience as Front loader operator with a valid driving license.

Work Experience

• Proven experience as a Front-End Loader Operator, preferably in a manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a Factory or industrial setting.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to details and ability to observe safety protocols.
• Good physical condition for handling manual tasks as part of the transport process.
