JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Customer Relations, Communication, IT, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call center operations, back-office administration, data entry, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in email communication, telephone handling, office tools, and data entry systems.
- ERP experience is an added advantage.
