About Mogo
Mogo Credit Limited (hereafter referred to as Mogo) is a microfinance firm licensed in Tanzania by the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) as a Boda Boda and Tuk-Tuk (Bajaji) Credit Provider.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain a professional working environment
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and consumables
- Monitor office expenses and maintain administrative budgets
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Manage office access, seating arrangements, and workspace organization
- Support onboarding of new employees (workspace, equipment, access, etc.)
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with office vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, internet, utilities, etc.)
- Monitor service quality and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Assist with vendor selection and price comparisons
- Support contract management and renewal tracking
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Business Travel & Logistics
- Arrange business travel including flight bookings, accommodation, and local transportation
- Coordinate travel itineraries and travel approvals
- Support visa and travel documentation where required
- Manage travel-related expenses and documentation
Office Coordination & Support
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities
- Manage reception and visitor arrangements when required
- Support internal communications related to office operations
- Assist management team with administrative tasks
Health, Safety & Office Standards
- Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Coordinate workplace health and safety requirements
- Support emergency and contingency planning for office operations
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative experience
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or operations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working in a fast-growing or startup environment is an advantage
