Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the retail store. This role focuses on leading the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule store staff.
- Monitor sales performance and motivate the team to meet KPIs.
- Handle customer issues and escalate major concerns.
- Oversee merchandise display, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct onboarding and training for new staff.
- Prepare daily sales and shift reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
- Strong leadership and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
