Description

• Conduct skip tracing activities to locate clients using internal systems, GPS tracking, and external databases

• Review and prepare client cases before escalation to Hard Collection

• Monitor and confirm GPS tracker status (online/offline)

• Analyse client data and provide CIA (Client Information & Analysis) reports

• Recommend cases for investigation when information is insufficient or suspicious

• Maintain accurate and updated records of traced clients

• Collaborate with field recovery officers to guide repossession efforts

• Use phone calls, social media, and physical address verification where necessary

• Ensure all tracing activities comply with company policies and legal

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Criminology, or related field

• Experience in collections, recovery, investigation, or data analysis is an added advantage

• Strong computer skills (Excel, databases, GPS systems)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
