JOB DETAILS:

Background

The leadership of UWASHAMIMBI is announcing to Tanzanians with qualifications and ability to apply for job positions for the farming season of production year 2026/2027 in the sugarcane farm activities at Mbigiri. Applicants are required to be honest, disciplined, in good health and ready to work in accordance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Providing support services in various farm activities.
• Distributing equipment and work supplies.
• Assisting with minor maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Applicant Qualifications

• Education of at least Form Four.
• Must be capable of performing various tasks efficiently.
• Must be disciplined, cooperative and hardworking.
• Maintenance skills will be an advantage.

General Terms for All Applicants

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be in good health and capable of working.
• Must be disciplined, honest and ready to work in accordance with company procedures.
• Must be ready to work in farm environments for the entire production season.
