Responsibilities or duties

Ensure that any office property taken outside the office has proper authorization documents. Ensure that any property brought into the office has valid supporting documentation. Safeguard buildings, offices, and office property during both day and night. Ensure all doors and windows are properly secured at the end of working hours. Ensure all visitors entering the office premises have proper authorization. Respond to emergencies such as fires and floods and report them to relevant authorities, including the Police and Fire Department. Provide recommendations on improving security services at the workplace. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with skills, experience, and education. Ensure other important responsibilities are carried out, including raising and lowering the National Flag at the appropriate times where applicable.

Qualifications or requirements

Must be able to read and write. Must be a resident of Kapanga Village. Must be physically and mentally fit. Must be between 18 and 45 years of age.
