Requirements

  • Bachelor degree School of Business Administration and Marketing, Sales or other related Fields.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a FMCG Sales.

Location – Mwanza

Your Profile

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and prepare clear reports
  • Proficiency in office productivity and sales management tools
  • Solid understanding of FMCG sales operations and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong initiative with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Fluency in English; Swahili or French is an added advantage

Your challenges

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Understand and execute sales strategies to drive distribution, visibility, and availability of products
  • Monitor the FMCG market landscape, including competitor activity, pricing, and promotions
  • Conduct or support field market research to understand customer preferences and emerging opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales activation plans in alignment with the company’s objectives
  • Ensure proper execution of trade marketing and promotional activities at the outlet level
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and budget utilization
  • Strengthen customer and retailer relationships to drive loyalty and sustained business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold strong brand representation in the market
