Responsibilities

  • Drive regional product expansion, customer acquisition, and market development activities.
  • Develop and implement operational and sales models tailored to specific regional markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and progress reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market penetration strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to support sales and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in key account management and customer development.
  • Background in channel sales within IT, advertising media, security systems, or audio-visual industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Existing client network or potential B2B customer base is an added advantage.
