Responsibilities
- Drive regional product expansion, customer acquisition, and market development activities.
- Develop and implement operational and sales models tailored to specific regional markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance and progress reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market penetration strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to support sales and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in key account management and customer development.
- Background in channel sales within IT, advertising media, security systems, or audio-visual industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and customer acquisition strategies.
- Existing client network or potential B2B customer base is an added advantage.
