Job Summary:
The Sales Promoter drives product sales through proactive engagement with customers. This role involves demonstrating products, promoting features, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach customers and introduce products effectively.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Set up promotional displays and maintain stock levels.
- Process transactions and handle cash/POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in retail or direct selling.
