Our company is looking for the following positions:-

Registered Nurses (RNs) are central to patient care, providing clinical expertise and acting as a key link between patients and the rest of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities or duties

Patient Assessment & Care Planning: Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and developing individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Direct Patient Care: Administering medications and treatments prescribed by doctors, providing wound care, starting intravenous (IV) lines, and assisting with medical procedures.

Patient Education & Support: Educating patients and their families on managing illnesses, understanding treatment plans, promoting healthy lifestyles, and providing emotional and physical support.

Monitoring & Documentation: Continuously observing and recording patients' symptoms, responses to treatments, and any changes in condition, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all care.

Coordination & Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

Supervision: Guiding and supervising other nursing staff, such as enrolled nurses or nursing assistants.

Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications or requirements

Experience needed
