Key Responsibilities
- Site Measurements & Valuations
- Tendering & Procurement
- Cost Monitoring & Control
- Contract Administration
- Financial & Progress Reporting
- Risk & Compliance Management
Key Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics
- Registration with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) will be an added advantage
- A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in cost estimation for complex building projects of a similar nature
Working Station: Dodoma & Elsewhere in Tanzania and Eastern Africa
