General Requirements & Core Competencies

• Relevant academic qualifications (Degrees, Diplomas, or Technical Certificates from recognized institutions).
• Strong alignment with our vision of engineering excellence, workplace safety, and professional integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience in the respective field.
