Northern Zone Manager at Jumla Africa — May 2026
POSITION: NORTHERN ZONE MANAGER (1 POSTS)
JOB PURPOSE
The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales of all agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, tractors, and related products, while managing operations and overall business performance within the assigned zone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets for all agricultural inputs within the zone.
- Develop and implement effective zonal sales strategies.
- Manage distribution to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with audit, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, coach, and supervise the zonal sales and operations team.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and operations reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural inputs sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, with high integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
This position will be filled when a suitable candidate is found
