Atlantic Metal Limited is seeking a highly experienced and professional Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. If you have a strong background in HR management, a deep understanding of Tanzanian labour laws, and a passion for building a productive workforce, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian Labour Laws and implement HR best practices across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to support business objectives.
  • Manage employee records, compensation, benefits, and disciplinary matters with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on human capital management and organisational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Knowledge of the Turkish language will be considered an added advantage.
