Head of Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS and Financial modelling.
  • 8–10 years of experience across HR operations and HR systems management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the C&B aspects of a large organization.

Core responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive Total Rewards philosophy and strategy that supports rapid growth and diversification.
  • Lead the annual compensation review cycle (salary, bonus, equity), ensuring consistency and fairness across operating companies.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to benchmark roles against relevant sectors (Telecom, Tech, FinTech) to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Partner with the Group C & B and subsidiary to model the financial impact of rewards decisions and present recommendations.
  • Oversee cross companies’ benefits portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and relevance across diverse workforce.
  • Establish and enforce C&B policies, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards which ensures data Integrity across all companies.
  • Manage relationships with global compensation survey providers (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson) and benefits brokers on different employees schemes.
  • Manage and lead annual budget plans.

  • In depth understanding of HR Operations.
