Job Summary:
The HR Personnel is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the Human Resources department. This includes managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, administering payroll support, and ensuring a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Post job advertisements, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires (including issuing offer letters and IDs).
- Payroll Support: Collect and verify timesheets/attendance records; submit data to the payroll department for processing.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and grievances.
- Records Management: Maintain and update electronic and physical personnel files, ensuring all documentation (visas, medical, contracts) is current and compliant.
- Training Coordination: Schedule and organize internal and external training sessions, maintaining records of employee certifications.
- Compliance: Assist in implementing HR policies that align with local labor laws.
- Exit Management: Process resignation/termination paperwork, conduct exit interviews, and handle clearance procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
Certification:
SHRM-CP or CHRP is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, high level of discretion and confidentiality.
