JOB DETAILS:

Background

Mogo Tanzania scales, device recovery and asset control will be critical to protecting portfolio health.

You will build and manage a team of field collectors responsible for returned and repossessed devices

• 5+ experience in collections, field recovery, or asset-based lending.

• Comfort working in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
