Key Responsibilities

• Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create maintenance schedules, checklists, and arrange work orders for all jobs carried out by the team.
• Generate a list of required electrical and electronic spare parts and monitor inventory of spares and equipment.
• Create new procedures and manuals (SOPs) that explain how to perform specific tasks.
• Estimate labour costs, spare parts costs, and other charges related to machine repair and maintenance.
• Report to the Production Manager and work in close coordination with other team members.
• Maintain records, checklists, and files essential to maintenance management.
