Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer is the face of the company, stationed at the concierge or information desk. This role handles inquiries, provides directions, assists with concerns, and ensures a world-class experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding mall services, stores, and events.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Manage lost and found items.
• Provide assistance to persons with disabilities (PWDs) and senior citizens.
• Promote mall events and loyalty programs.
• Issue gift certificates and process warranty claims.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
