JOB DETAILS:

Bagamoyo African Institute of Sciences and Technology (BIST) is seeking to hire Agriculture Tutors.

Responsibilities or duties

Successful applicants will be required to:

• Teach NTA Level 4–6 (Diploma) programmes.
• Prepare learning lessons and tutorial exercises.
• Conduct research, seminars, and case studies.
• Carry out consultancy and community services under supervision.
• Supervise students’ projects.
• Prepare teaching manuals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications or requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture General, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

Experience needed

• At least 2 years of teaching experience or a postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Applicants should have not less than two (2) years of experience in the relevant position.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
