JOB DETAILS:

Staff Cafeteria Attendant

Department: Stewarding

Reports To: Chief Steward

Job Purpose

Maintain the cleanliness and efficient operation of the staff cafeteria while providing courteous service to hotel employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the staff cafeteria before meal periods.
• Serve meals to hotel employees.
• Replenish food, beverages, and condiments.
• Clean dining tables and serving counters.
• Wash cafeteria utensils and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafeteria and kitchen.
• Monitor stock of cafeteria supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate.
• Previous food service or cafeteria experience is an advantage.
