Background
Tabono Consult is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Associate to join our client’s team. The Sales Associate is responsible to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets by driving market entry, expanding dealer networks, and securing high-value clients across Tanzania. We need a professional who treats every handshake as a long-term relationship and every lead as a chance to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s range of vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations for potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and sales contracts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Coordinate with the marketing and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer service and follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain proper records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a documented record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in automotive or related high-value sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong closer with proven ability to negotiate and finalize substantial deals.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary of 600,000 TZS + uncapped commission structure tied directly to sales performance.
