Responsibilities or duties:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving network and internet problems;
  • Performing system updating and software upgrades;
  • Maintaining and repairing computers, printers, and related ICT equipment;
  • Providing user support for hardware and software issues;
  • Assisting staff and students with ICT-related technical issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Supporting data security, backup, and recovery procedures as guided by ICT management;
  • Participating in implementing ICT projects, improvements, and best practices to enhance service delivery;
  • Performing any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by competent authority.

Qualifications or requirements:

  • Holder of a 2-year Ordinary Diploma in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized institution with at least one (1) year working experience in a related field. A candidate with knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking skills will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience needed:

At least one (1) year working experience in a related field.
