Minimum Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment within the logistics, transport, supply chain, freight forwarding, or related industry.*

✅ Sound knowledge of recruitment processes and Tanzanian labour laws.

✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy identification to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
