JOB DETAILS:

Garden Supervisor

Department: Garden

Reports To: Chief Gardener

Job Purpose

Supervise daily gardening operations to ensure all landscaped areas are well-maintained, attractive, and meet the hotel's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise gardeners and irrigation technicians.
• Assign daily gardening tasks.
• Inspect lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
• Ensure proper watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding.
• Monitor pest and disease control activities.
• Report maintenance requirements for outdoor facilities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening equipment.
• Train gardening staff on landscaping techniques.
• Maintain daily work records and reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Landscaping.
• Relevant experience in garden maintenance.
