JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
- Ensure that all items are accurately counted and inspected for quality before loading them onto the truck at the warehouse.
- Confirm that the quantity and condition of goods match the dispatch documentation.
- Safely offload the goods at the customer’s premises.
- Obtain the customer’s signature and company stamp on the delivery note or goods received document to acknowledge receipt.
- Return the signed and stamped delivery documents to the warehouse for proper filing and record‑keeping.
- Thoroughly clean the truck after delivery to maintain hygiene and readiness for the next dispatch.
Skills Required
- Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
- Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
- Presentation Tools (e.g. Google Slides, Power Point, etc)
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
