Kibosho Designated District Hospital wishes to inform Tanzanians with the qualifications and ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and dedication that the following job vacancies are available:
Qualifications
- Must have a First Degree (Bachelor Degree) in Procurement and Supply Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, or another related field from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) in the relevant category.
- Must have good knowledge of Procurement and Supplies Laws, Regulations, and Procedures.
- Must have computer skills and experience, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic procurement systems.
- Must have the ability to prepare procurement documents and manage tenders, contracts, suppliers, and records.
- Work experience in a health institution or hospital will be an added advantage.
- Must be honest, diligent, disciplined, and able to work collaboratively with other staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the hospital's procurement plans.
- Oversee procurement procedures in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Manage contracts and relationships with bidders/suppliers.
- Ensure that goods and services are delivered on time and to the required quality.
- Maintain procurement records and all related documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Important Notes

The Hospital will not charge any fee for job application or during the interview.
