Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow and liquidity ensuring smooth execution of financial activities and foreign exchange transactions to mitigate currency risk while maintaining the company’s financial stability and optimizing cash flow.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing daily cash flows and bank balances to ensure the company can meet all financial obligations as they fall due (solvency and liquidity). This includes managing operational cash balances and investing surplus cash.
- Preparing and monitoring detailed, often 12-month rolling, cash flow forecasts to predict cash requirements and inform decision-making.
- Assisting in managing the corporate debt portfolio, monitoring compliance with banking facility covenants, and ensuring access to short- and long-term financing to support business strategy.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions, negotiating terms for banking services, and ensuring all bank accounts and electronic banking systems are managed securely and efficiently.
- Initiate new limits and follow the approvals to cover our receivables.
- Negotiate new products with the existing banks to support our company cashflow.
- Follow with the bank for the delayed transactions.
- Any other duty assigned by your Supervisor.

Job Requirements
Years of experience: 4
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Commerce /Accounting or a relevant discipline
Language proficiency: English & Swahili
Computer skills: Microsoft Office
