Established in 2015, we specialize in sourcing and distribution of automotive parts, tires, and related products from global manufacturers, focusing on competitive pricing and long-term partnerships.

As part of our strategic expansion, we are growing our auto parts and tire business and are looking to appoint a Sales Executive to drive commercial strategy, develop key partnerships, and lead revenue growth across Tanzania and the wider region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and execute sales plans for auto parts, tires, and related automotive products in assigned territories.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with dealers, garages, fleet operators, wholesalers, and other customers to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer engagement, prospecting, and account management.
  • Coordinate pricing, promotions, and inventory planning to align with market demand, margins, and company goals.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor actions and propose strategic adjustments to product mix, territories, or tactics.
  • Work closely with sourcing, operations, and logistics to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when representing Hiview International Tanzania in the market

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
  • Proven experience in sales/marketing in automotive, tires, spare parts, or closely related industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing specifically outdoor sales in spare parts.
  • Professional experience in Auto repair services
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge in Chinese is added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive market growth.
  • Strategic thinking skills.
  • Data driven decision-making.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to conduct frequent field visits, attend client meetings and travel across regions as required.
