Job Summary
To lead and grow the high value segments and wealth management business, deliver personalized financial solutions, superior service and risk-adjusted returns to affluent and high net worth clients.Job Posting Service
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver of sales, revenue, deposit, risk asset, targets, and efficiency ratio approved budgets
- Develop differentiated value propositions, product suites and service models for high value customers across deposits, lending, investments, insurance and advisory
- Grow Premier portfolio by offering products and services
- Lead acquisition and portfolio growth of high value customers, ensuring sustainable growth in assets under management, deposits, lending and fee income
- Share knowledge and best practice
- Manage budgets, resources and P&L for the high value and wealth management business, ensuring cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with operations risk
- Coordinate with marketing and communications to position the affiliate as the wealth management partner of choice in the market
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields of study
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in private banking or high net worth relationship management
