Our client, a reputable Telecommunication company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Support Engineer.

This role is responsible for maintaining high operational standards, ensuring quality compliance, and driving customer satisfaction across assigned sites. The Quality Support Engineer will oversee and guide a team of field engineers, provide hands-on technical support, monitor site performance, and ensure full adherence to safety standards, contractual obligations, and customer-specific requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and supervise a team of 4–5 Field Engineers.
  • Provide technical support on power, cooling, and site infrastructure.
  • Monitor work orders and validate field activities remotely.
  • Analyze site performance and guide the team to improve configuration and energy efficiency.
  • Ensure high network uptime and quality site operations.
  • Support callouts, verify root-cause findings, and implement preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Lead to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Monitor site connectivity and ensure full compliance with performance indicators.
  • Enforce strict safety and quality standards across all activities.
  • Prevent any non-compliance penalties on assigned sites.
  • Review and validate cost requests for site issue resolutions.
  • Oversee fuel planning, delivery, and usage verification.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom site operations, quality, or field engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power systems, rectifiers, batteries, HVAC, and site infrastructure.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in RMS systems and performance monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • High commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Valid EUWRA Certificate & License.
  • ERB Registration (added advantage).
