JOB PURPOSE
To respond timely on customer complaintsfqueries ensure the customer receive prompt and efficient and satisfactory services.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answerinconiing calls and responds to customer's inquiries via emails, whatsapp or telegram/charts in a timely manner. _
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved, issues to supervtsom
  • Produce Shift reports on all happenings during shifi hours and record time used to restore/repair/respond to customer com'plains, breakdowns.
  • Keep records of all conversations and queries in the database (service Delivery Management System (SDM)) in a comprehensible way,

Key knowledge, experience and skills, you must possess:

  • Certificate or Ordinary Diploma In Business Administration, Marketing, Records Mangement, Mass Communication and Public Relations from registered and recognized institution/University.
  • Genuine Form IV or VI Academic Secondary certificate,
  • Compmer knowledge
  • One year working experience on relevant field, also fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
