Background

This is a training post; the staff is required to undergo a Master’s Degree training programme.

Responsibilities

• Undergo an induction course in pedagogic skills for those who had none before.
• Understudy senior members, including attending lectures, seminars, tutorials and practical training.
• To conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals.
• Assist in research, consultancies and outreach activities.
• To perform any other duties that the relevant authorities may assign

Qualifications

Applicant must be a holder of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with B pass in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine or General surgery or Pediatrics & Child Health and a minimum overall GPA of 3.8 from a recognized Institution. Applicants must be registered and recognized as general practitioner by Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT).
